Jeniece Scott

Jeniece Scott holds a BSc. in Leadership and Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She currently serves as a Local Government Councillor in the Arima Borough Corporation proficient with experience in the fields of Communications, Human Resource Management and Project Management which have contributed to the successful undertakings in her professional capacity.

Jeniece has seamlessly merged her professional specializations with her interest in public service, and thus developed a passion for effective representation. She closely aligns her service philosophy with servant leadership as she believes that it has the capacity to enrich the lives of individuals, and contribute to the efficiency of successful organizations whilst building the capacity for a more compassionate society where those who are being served are given priority.

Jeniece is a determined, meticulous, hard worker and a dedicated young woman who is adept at research and analysis, policy formulation, resource allocation, project planning and execution. As a result, she has given the commitment to use her skills to contribute in the spaces in which she functions, hence she sees the role of VP, Operations as a natural fit.

Jeniece looks forward to serving as the Vice President of Operations as she is confident that her skills and philosophies will contribute to the success of the Heliconia Foundation for Young Professionals.
