T&T'S PREMIER THINK TANK
Heliconia Foundation will be engaging in formulating a strategy plan for the next two years. We are requesting the input of all members to help formulate this strategy and set the tone for the Foundation moving forward.
The first meeting two meetings took place earlier this year. Thank you to all who were present and contributed. We look forward to more members taking part for the 3rd and potentially final meeting.

We have received great feedback on what some members believe may have gone wrong and are seeking consensus from all interested parties.
In the previous meetings we were able to discuss the organisation's successes, and things to build on. We also discussed a SWOT analysing our Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. All documentation would be made available to all attending members
