A member of Heliconia Foundation since 2012, Hayden is an engineering and management professional with over fifteen years’ experience in the field of chemical and process engineering, operations and project management, Mr Alexander holds a degree in chemical and process engineering with honours from UWI and a masters in business administration with specialization in international finance with distinction from The Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
In the past fifteen years, Hayden has developed considerable experience in the operations management, project management, strategic planning and organizational transformation having worked in increasing levels within both manufacturing and petrochemical industry. No stranger to public sector, Mr Alexander also served as an alderman on Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation for three years with responsibility with Physical Instructure and Development during which time he implemented project and cost management best practices which are still in place today. He currently serves as Chairman of Institute of Marine Affairs.
Hayden also lectures at the University of Trinidad and Tobago which gives deeper insight into the academic research linked to the benefit and development of Trinidad and Tobago.
Hayden is also an avid nature lover and developing golf enthusiast.
